1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Pithoragarh Tourism website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is confirmed only after receiving advance payment and written confirmation.
Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

3. Payment Terms

30% advance at the time of booking.
Remaining balance at least 7 days before departure.
Payment via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods.

4. Cancellation & Refund

30+ days before: 80% refund
15-29 days: 50% refund
7-14 days: 25% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund

5. Inner Line Permit

An ILP is mandatory. We assist with the process, but approval is at the discretion of government authorities. Valid photo ID, character certificate, and medical fitness certificate required.

6. Health & Fitness

Medical fitness certificate is mandatory.
Persons with serious cardiac or respiratory conditions are advised not to travel.
Travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking is strongly recommended.

7. Code of Conduct

Respect local customs and the sanctity of religious sites.
Do not litter or damage the natural environment.
Follow the instructions of your guide at all times.
Alcohol and non-vegetarian food are prohibited on the pilgrimage route.
